Property Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a contract/temporary opportunity in El Segundo, CA. This role supports a Property Management team with day‑to‑day administrative operations, tenant communications, work order coordination, invoice processing, lease documentation, vendor records, and reporting support. This is a temporary role until the end of October. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, phone coverage, and office coordination. Coordinate tenant communications, service requests, and work order tracking to help ensure timely issue resolution. Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and tenant bill‑back invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain lease files, contracts, insurance certificates, vendor documentation, and contract administration records. Assist with vendor bidding, service contracts, compliance documentation, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budget preparation, and property meter readings. Maintain office supplies and support smooth daily office operations. Compensation and Benefits Job Type: Contract/Temporary. Location: El Segundo, CA. Salary Range: $30 to $33 per year.
