Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of families to identify behavioral health issues and personal dynamics.

• Guide families in recognizing how certain behaviors impact their dynamics, promoting insight and problem-solving skills.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and measurable outcomes while adjusting methodologies to be culturally appropriate.

• Provide guidance and support in processing grief, improving communication, and creating stable environments for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The families and couples you serve in this role will come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of issues, including relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Family Therapy, Marriage Counseling, or a closely related mental health field.

• Valid and all state-mandated licenses required for practice as a marriage and family therapist.
