Mid-Market Account Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will drive expansion, adoption alignment, and long-term value realization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a defined territory of mid-market accounts, prioritizing based on expansion potential and strategic growth opportunities Identify and close expansion opportunities, including additional users, new use cases, and enterprise upgrades Act as the commercial quarterback, orchestrating resources across teams to ensure alignment and successful account outcomes Required Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with revenue ownership Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving expansion across multiple accounts Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes Strong prioritization and time management skills Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
