Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the mental health conditions of clients, employing validated diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, goals, and collaboration feedback.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other effective modalities.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent support in a virtual format that respects their comfort and confidentiality.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, promptly addressing acute mental health situations to stabilize clients.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly desirable, especially familiarity with various teletherapy platforms and tools. Compensation and Benefits\n
