Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and clinical evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging individuals, couples, families, and groups in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept for all client interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and staying informed about advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population that includes individuals coping with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
