Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available support systems, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, goals, and therapy progress, ensuring clarity and structure in the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate group therapy and support sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Maintain timely, confidential, and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards and clinic policies, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, addressing urgent client needs with compassion and urgency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
