Work Environment\n

The ideal candidate will work in a fully remote capacity, allowing flexibility while ensuring continuity of care for our clients. Our team values the importance of work-life balance, and while regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evenings and weekends may be required to address client needs. On-call availability might also be necessary to respond to urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, considering various emotional, mental, and social factors.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to create personalized care plans tailored to individual goals and preferences.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
