Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance. As a member of our outpatient practice, you will collaborate with a team of clinicians under leadership that emphasizes clinician-led initiatives and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of trust and rapport while respecting professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments or discharge as appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are centered around the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for every client to meet clinical standards and communication needs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine the most effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
