Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Assessing the needs of clients through thorough diagnostic interviews and comprehensive evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Employing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their mental health and personal development goals, while tracking their progress through documented evidence.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for client improvement.

• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population comprising individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a strong foundation in family systems theory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
