Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using approved electronic health record systems, ensuring clarity and legibility in all documentation related to patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.

• Utilize the latest DSM diagnostic criteria to assess developmental and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents, supporting their unique needs through evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy, while adapting approaches to meet individual client circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by gathering detailed medical, social, and emotional histories through effective interviewing and collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish and periodically revise treatment plans based on ongoing psychosocial evaluations, taking cultural and spiritual values into account.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with the complexity of your caseload and professional experience.
