Intellectual Property Legal Assistant

Job Overview Munck Wilson Mandala is currently seeking an intellectual property/patent legal assistant for its Uptown Dallas office. A minimum of 1 year of legal experience with intellectual property is strongly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is well organized, self-motivated, computer savvy, detail oriented, and capable of accurately managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and file documents at the USPTO for patent applications (e.g., transmittals, declarations, power of attorneys, assignments, information disclosure statements, maintenance fee payments, etc.) Prepare and send client correspondence Review and update patent dockets for both US and foreign patent matters Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of legal experience with intellectual property (strongly preferred but not required) Well organized, self‑motivated, computer savvy, detail oriented, and capable of accurately managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced work environment For more information or to submit a resume, please contact Christina Brewer, HR Manager, at View email address on click.appcast.io.
