Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating client goals and interventions tailored to specific needs.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to support clients during times of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
