Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through creative interventions to help them achieve and surpass their mental health goals.

• Document each client session meticulously, ensuring compliance with company protocols and guidelines.

• Maintain a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions per week to optimize client engagement and support.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, family members, and other staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance team collaboration and collective knowledge.
\n
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives that build awareness and foster partnerships within the local community.

• In a timely and professional manner, respond to inquiries from the Clinical Director and other administrative tasks.
\n
• Embrace a team-oriented approach that respects your autonomy while reinforcing collaboration and support among colleagues.

• Provide direct clinical services, both virtual and in-person, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Evaluate client mental health diagnoses, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure ongoing documentation aligns with company standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, working as part of a dedicated team to fulfill our mission of addressing mental health needs in our community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our hospice center, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
