Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews with clients to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in overcoming their challenges, providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Document client progress meticulously using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and mental health professionals, to develop and optimize treatment protocols.

• Offer educational resources and workshops on mental health topics to empower clients to understand and manage their mental health better.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of individuals ranging from children to adults experiencing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of various psychological conditions and be equipped to tailor treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an equivalent credential.

• At least three years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting, preferably within a telehealth framework.
