Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients virtually during regular hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Delivering high-quality virtual counseling services to clients, tailoring each session to meet individual needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. We serve clients from various backgrounds, with a commitment to culturally sensitive practices. Understanding your clients' unique cultural and personal contexts is crucial for providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, especially in a virtual setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on developing rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy areas, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy, will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software platforms is advantageous.
