Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Encare, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a wide array of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• You must possess one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions are acceptable.

• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for building therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and working hours. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
