Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing therapists to work from home or any location that suits them. Counselors can choose between full-time options (over 30 hours/week) or part-time options (over 5 hours/week). Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video chat platforms, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop comprehensive, tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication techniques, equipping clients for better mental health outcomes.

• Engage in regular follow-ups and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, reinforcing our commitment to client-centered care.

• Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline client management and foster effective communication and relationship building.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, mild depression, and life transition challenges. Our clients benefit from an empathetic and therapeutic environment, which you will help cultivate through tailored counseling sessions focused on their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold independent licensure in your state as either a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. A PsyD is also acceptable.

• Must demonstrate a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Possess strong interpersonal skills along with an aptitude for using technology; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate smooth virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or providing teletherapy is a distinct advantage.
