Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your chosen workspace. While this role allows for flexible hours, you will have a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will collaborate virtually with a dynamic team of mental health professionals within our outpatient setting, receiving ongoing support and supervision to enhance your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their condition.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
