Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage directly with couples and families, delivering therapy designed to address various family dynamics and mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that may include both joint couple sessions and individual meetings with family members.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents, within the Seattle area. Your ability to approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity is essential, as you engage families facing numerous challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

While newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth practices will be given preference. We value flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities for both full-time (30+ hours per week) and part-time commitments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
