Patient Service Coordinator
Waltham and Newton, MA
Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patient visits, radiology tests, and infusion related services as well as submitting referrals for specialty appointment requests
• Triaging and managing high volume of patient telephone calls, and obtaining intake information from patients and referring physician’s offices
• Coordinating and maintaining providers’ master clinical schedules
• Ordering and obtaining scans for clinical sessions, pathology reports/slides, x-rays, x-ray reports and lab results
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy, consistent with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Medical administration or scheduling experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Compensation:

• $25-27

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
