Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to effectively understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning in a compassionate and timely manner, ensuring clients feel supported during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation as per ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication across the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
