Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive assessments to identify target areas for intervention, ensuring to address the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans that empower individuals, couples, and families to cultivate resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.

• Implement crisis management protocols when needed, creating safety plans and relapse prevention strategies that support ongoing recovery and well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy, to guide sessions and facilitate meaningful therapeutic work.

• Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record system while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance collective knowledge and maintain best practices within our therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current Virginia license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, facilitate discussions, and document interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
