Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, maintaining a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance, and regularly adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy services through a user-friendly platform, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual support due to geographical or physical barriers.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and secure.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and trainings, to remain current with the latest therapeutic practices and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n
