As a part of our outpatient office, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, ensuring a balance between professional obligations and personal commitments. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that accurately identify the needs and preferences of each patient.

• Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse techniques to address specific client needs.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, promoting community and resource sharing among participants.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately, following legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative efforts and share best practices.

• Continuously pursue professional development through workshops, trainings, and staying updated on the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a mental health therapist, you will work with a varied client demographic, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a variety of client populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive therapist-client relationships.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical boundaries in all aspects of practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
