Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health to establish diagnoses and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions using virtual meeting platforms, focusing on therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Provide guidance and resources to empower clients in overcoming personal challenges, including mental health disorders and substance abuse issues.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Participate in case consultations, program development, and staff training sessions to foster continuous improvement within the practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of four years of relevant mental health counseling experience with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
