Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices.

• Respond to crises by offering immediate support, utilizing crisis intervention skills to stabilize clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Accurately and confidentially document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive client care by sharing insights and treatment updates.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources that are beneficial to their treatment journey.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in helping clients not only manage their symptoms but also cultivate strategies for long-term wellness, fostering partnerships with them to empower their journey toward mental health recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect deeply with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
