The salary range for this role is USD 75,000–80,000 per year.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing virtual platforms for evaluations, assessments, and family support, while adhering to all federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the specific needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with other team members to monitor outcomes effectively.

• Engage in family support by providing information and skill-building resources to enhance child development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices as you develop joint plans with families, respecting the natural learning environment approach.
\n
• Provide recommendations regarding service frequency based on individual child development tracking and family priorities.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and families, nurturing a healthy and conducive learning environment.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational standards regarding health and safety for staff and service recipients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll focus primarily on children from birth to three years old who may face developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will be vital in shaping their early experiences, impacting their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. By working closely with families, you will foster an environment conducive to growth and learning, making a tangible difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
