Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families within the scope of LPCC practice, using a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches to promote healing and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to foster professional growth and ensure comprehensive care through supportive teamwork.

• Coordinate care with external agencies, such as medical providers, schools, or caseworkers, enhancing the network of support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
