Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Premier Healthcare LLC, a leading healthcare organization. As a Recruiter with our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for our nursing home facilities, utilizing your expertise in the nursing home industry to identify and attract top talent.
About the Recruiter Role:
As a Recruiter with Premier Healthcare LLC, you will work closely with our hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members. Your expertise in the nursing home industry will be invaluable in identifying the best candidates for our open positions.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit candidates for open positions in our nursing home facilities
• Conduct scrernjngs and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate status
Recruiter Requirements:
• Familiarity with the nursing home industry required
• Proven recruitment experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
