This role is centered around a telehealth platform, allowing you to provide counseling services remotely, which is integral to our approach in reaching those who may struggle with access to in-person care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, cultivating trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and address upcoming sessions or discharge planning as needed.
\n
• Design individualized, client-focused treatment plans, ensuring they are implemented effectively and monitored for progress.
\n
• Document all interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans with accuracy and timeliness to support client care and compliance.
\n
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and establish baseline treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in one-on-one clinical supervision to enhance professional development and improve therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and share best practices.
\n
• Embrace a growth mindset by seeking out feedback and actively pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, children, and families. You will work with clients facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our goal is to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore their issues and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic systems, specifically experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and clinician-specific software such as PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, structured on a Fee-for-Service model that provides financial stability. Additional benefits include:
