Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to support emotional healing and personal growth.

• Document clinical notes comprehensively, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care, participating actively in case discussions and team meetings.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest trends in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
