This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility for both clients and counselors. You will work primarily through telehealth platforms, which provide a comfortable space for clients to receive therapy from the privacy of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to understand their needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation of each session, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, including referrals and integration of services as indicated.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information by adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will include serving a diverse client population, ranging from young adults to older individuals, with varying mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing challenges such as emotional distress, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts, providing them the support they need to achieve their personal goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
