This role is performed entirely through telehealth platforms, allowing for flexible scheduling and work-life balance. Our digital environment enables Licensed Professional Counselors to connect with clients in a safe and comfortable setting, eliminating geographical barriers to access. You’ll be part of a supportive team, engaging in regular meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices, while utilizing state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document your progress and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that suit each client’s unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy settings where clients can share and learn from their experiences.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Maintain and manage clinical documentation adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression to adults facing life transitions and relationship challenges. We provide targeted support for trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, and couples counseling. Your role as an LPC is critical in instilling hope and providing the skills necessary for clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
