This remote position supports a flexible schedule where therapists can set their own caseloads, generally ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy, incorporating diverse treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Offer various therapeutic services including crisis intervention, couples counseling, addiction support, stress management, and family therapy.

• Leverage evidence-based practices and theoretical frameworks to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians to maintain a high standard of care and collaborative treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records while complying with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage with clients to assess their treatment plans and monitor their progress toward established goals.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment strategies, and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Atlantic Health Group, you will provide care primarily to adults and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in New Jersey.

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and the ability to manage electronic health records effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
