Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand and address the unique needs of each client. This includes gathering personal history, identifying mental health concerns, and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that address a broad range of emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and improve outcomes for clients.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with all documentation standards and protocols.

• Enhance personal clinical skills through ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and participation in supervision and peer consultation sessions.

• Contribute insights and feedback to enhance clinic procedures and improve patient experience and care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship issues. We serve individuals aged 12 and up, with a special focus on inclusivity and cultural competence in treatment approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
