Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in treatment planning, guiding the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and pharmaceutical treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely completion and compliance of all relevant documentation in line with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with team members to design and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison with service systems, government agencies, and community partners to enhance the breadth of care provided.

• Foster open communication channels to meet contractual obligations while furthering the organization's mission within the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for services and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Seek opportunities for professional development, including attending conferences, presenting at professional meetings, and joining task forces relevant to your field.

• Complete any additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the facility.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
