The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is on a mission to modernize our approach to risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive, and from manual to automated. As a Product Leader, you’ll be at the heart of this change, helping to drive the transformation of critical products that support our core business. Rich and our most senior leaders have declared an imperative to transform risk management. Our team will lead the charge to transform our product, tech, data investments that will support this imperative.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and 7 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed d.o.s. of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $269,600 – $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $245,100 – $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(s) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
