Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their psychological and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and assess treatment outcomes through regular follow-ups and by adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely medical records in compliance with health regulations.

• Participate actively in case conferences and treatment team meetings, sharing insights and recommending best practices to improve client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Develop and implement engaging therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs, including group therapy sessions and recreational activities that promote mental health.

• Utilize a coaching model to foster empowerment and resilience in clients, integrating natural environment teaching whenever possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Rock Solid Counseling, you will work with a varied client base that includes individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and behavioral challenges. Our approach is client-centered, meaning that we prioritize understanding each individual's unique circumstances to provide customized care that effectively addresses their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LPCC in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
