Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients across all age groups, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Handle scheduling of appointments, managing your calendar effectively to optimize productivity and client availability.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop integrated care plans that foster holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Utilize our billing service to streamline claims handling, client communications, and insurance inquiries, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinical focus includes a wide variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, as well as end-of-life support. We are especially interested in candidates who have experience or training in providing services to couples dealing with terminal diagnoses or significant life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• A valid LCSW license, permitting independent clinical practice in the state of Virginia.
\n
• Exemplary professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and excellent cultural competency are essential.

• Self-motivation and time management skills to maintain caseloads and schedule effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in couples therapy or significant training will be highly regarded.

• Previous experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
