Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, incorporating comprehensive assessments of their mental health, personal histories, and goals for therapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to effectively address the needs of clients.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, leading interventions that are goal-oriented and evidence-based.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with applicable standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to enhance the overall care plans for shared clients.

• Participate in professional development activities, including training and supervision, to continuously enhance your counseling skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, specifically working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, based on your experience and expertise. Wellmore Counseling Center offers unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus solely on your practice and your clients.
