Business Development Associate

Job Overview The Business Development Associate supports Rosendin’s Business Development Team with project pursuits, branding material, and daily support of the department. Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of assets and material per corporate guidelines (e.g., proposal content, resumes, project data sheets). Monitor BD email correspondence, coordinate meetings, and provide general assistance to the BDM sales team. Assist with prequalifications and proposals as necessary. Maintain a library of standard corporate‑branded materials and project files. Support client relationships (outreach, pipeline management). Organize travel and conference arrangements. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Attend meetings and take meeting notes. Assist in maintaining internal databases and perform data entry into the corporate CRM. Qualifications and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of office/clerical experience or equivalent. Previous work in a construction, architectural, or engineering firm highly preferred. Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under time pressure. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player. Professional interaction with all levels of employees, management, vendors, and clients. Travel 0–15% travel required. Working Conditions General work environment involves sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise levels are usually low to medium, but can be loud on job sites.
