Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Corporate Office in the North Hills. Up to $1,000 New Hire Bonus! Responsibilities Review statements and match against invoices and receiving documents Review invoices to ensure they are properly authorized Code invoices to proper general ledger accounts Process and mail payments Research and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain files for processed invoices Establish and maintain effective communication between departments Skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong time management and organizational skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to use a 10-key adding machine Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong analytic abilities Strong communication skills \nCompany Description Kuhn's Market is a local independent supermarket in Pittsburgh, PA.
