Accounts Payable Associate

This position is Monday-Friday based in our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will bring the skills and qualifications described below, along with attention to detail, a sense of humor, and a desire to improve yourself and our organization.

As a member of our accounting team, the Accounts Payable Associate will:
• Maintain and follow an organized, timely, and accurate accounts payable cycle.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements.

The ideal Accounts Payable Associate:
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has experience with general accounting software.
• Has an associate's degree in accounting or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Accounts Payable Associate Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with multi-entity accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
