Supervisory, Human Resources SpecialistHelp The major duties of the Supervisory, Human Resources Specialist position include, but are not limited to, the following:Serves as a Supervisory, Human Resources Specialist and is responsible for managing the policy coordination for HRPD; developing, evaluating and interpreting new and existing Human Resources directives as well as those that impact the ATF community.Implements Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and processes based on established Bureau policies that support processing for all personnel actions, which includes recruitment and staffing actions, pay administration, performance management and awards and records management are in accordance with applicable regulations, rules, and guidance.Provides supporting Federal statute, regulation, ATF Policy and OPM guidance to Human Resources (HR) staff for applying corrective actions in all HR functional program areas: Recruitment and Placement, Pay Administration, Performance Management, Awards Program, Maintenance of e-OPF and processing of adverse and disciplinary actions.Provides supervisors and employees with information, guidance and interpretation related to complex HR policies that require substantial research.Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
