Position Overview As a Corporate Account Manager, you will oversee significant freight opportunities and key accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining customer revenue through innovative, solutions-based strategies. This role requires strategic planning, collaboration at high levels, and the use of technology to enhance value for national or system-wide accounts. Essential Functions Manage a portfolio of large freight accounts and execute national programs. Develop comprehensive account strategies to retain and grow existing business. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Evaluate customer needs and deliver customized LTL solutions. Conduct business reviews and effectively communicate value propositions. Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in industry events to expand business connections. Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform additional duties as required. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum Experience 6 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in LTL sales. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong business acumen and project management capabilities. High-level negotiation skills for pricing and contract renewals. Strong analytical and relationship management skills. In-depth knowledge of LTL operations and pricing models. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Willingness to travel overnight as needed. Proven ability to collaborate across departments. Job Conditions Willingness to travel overnight as needed. Compensation Compensation ranges from $89,665.00 to $160,894.00 annually, reflecting potential pay based on various job-related factors such as experience and performance.
