This role will primarily be remote, providing flexibility while ensuring that you stay connected with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gather relevant information regarding their circumstances, strengths, and needs, formulating tailored intervention strategies.

• Engage with clients both via telephone and in-person, providing empathetic support and facilitating their involvement in beneficial activities that promote well-being.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating composure and empathy during challenging moments to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports, documenting progress and interventions in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Continuously monitor for signs of child abuse and other indicators of vulnerability, taking appropriate actions in line with ethical and legal obligations.

• Make referrals to other services and agencies, acting as an advocate for clients through effective coordination of care.
\n
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and skills of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations in the Fresno area, including vulnerable children, families facing domestic challenges, and individuals struggling with mental health disorders. Your role will directly contribute to the health and safety of clients as you provide support and connect them to the resources necessary for successful navigation of their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a mandatory requirement.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, ensuring you bring a depth of knowledge and practice to your role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Demonstrated skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis management, and empathy to respond adeptly to client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, allowing for improved communication and support for a broader client base. Familiarity with community resources and local support agencies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
