Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally and age-appropriate biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of clients.

• Deliver behavioral health services that include individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, intake assessments, and treatment planning.
\n
• Document client progress and mental health evaluations electronically, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
\n
• Perform suicide risk assessments and develop safety plans, escalating cases to appropriate healthcare providers when necessary.
\n
• Provide referrals and act as a liaison to community resources and service providers, such as medication assistance programs and support groups.
\n
• Collaborate with quality improvement teams to establish and refine processes for effective data collection and analysis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults, who present with various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to provide culturally sensitive care will be pivotal in building trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring their unique needs are met effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work practice.

• Comprehensive knowledge of counseling and crisis intervention techniques, with an ability to make sound independent judgments concerning client care.

• Demonstrated skills in group facilitation and effective communication within a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
