Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, considering their unique strengths, needs, and cultural values.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops, effectively documenting patient progress and group dynamics.
\n
• Regularly participate in treatment-planning meetings, where you'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, barriers to treatment, and necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Address and navigate instances of client resistance and conflict by employing de-escalation strategies, fostering constructive dialogues, and helping clients reassess unhelpful behaviors and thought processes.
\n
• Maintain accurate, legible, and current patient records in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards, documenting all treatment interventions, communications, and outcomes.
\n
• Utilize the latest DSM diagnostic criteria to inform clinical assessments, assessing developmental milestones and psychological disorders in children and adolescents.

• Employ evidence-based treatment methods, including behavior modification techniques and assertiveness training, to promote positive client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' social, emotional, and medical situations through effective interviewing, case reviews, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work predominantly with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of psychosocial challenges. Our clients often deal with complexities arising from trauma, mental health disorders, and socio-economic disparities. The LCSW will play a pivotal role in connecting these clients with community resources, ensuring comprehensive support beyond therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
