Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve their personalized treatment goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring a proactive approach to their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, adjusting therapeutic strategies in response to clients' evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and placement agencies to enhance the quality of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring all records meet the standards required for professional practice.

• Manage a caseload effectively while keeping detailed session notes to monitor client progress and outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With a strong focus on client-centered care, your work will directly impact clients’ quality of life and their journey toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience in a mental health counseling setting or related field.
\n
• In-depth familiarity with community mental health resources and local support services.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients effortlessly.

• Strong leadership abilities and an eagerness to adapt and grow within the role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote clinical setting, is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their appropriate application to client care.

• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our compensation package includes:
