This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from home while providing critical mental health support through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

Your client base will be varied, consisting largely of individuals from multicultural backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. By drawing on your understanding of specific cultural dynamics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship and encouraging clients to engage fully in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state-issued license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, along with a commitment to delivering culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
